Q:What is your favourite fruit?
A: It's got to be strawberries. Best eaten fresh from the field
Q: What is your favourite Vegetable?
A: This is quite tough, I like lots of veggies. Errmm I think broccoli and artichoke are amongst my top five.
Q: What if anything stresses you out?
A: Me! its that simple. The only thing that causes stress is our perception to a situation. I can be my own worst enemy and it is usually the little things that drive me insane.
Q: How do you unwind and relax?
A: My acupuncturist would laugh at this one! he doesn't think these two words are in my vocab. A good book in a bath is my winter relaxation and in the summer I find pottering in the garden and sitting with a good coffee very thought provoking. Not forgetting my yoga of course.
Q: What is the best book you’ve read in the last two years (or longer)?
A: I'm reading Theo Pathitis (dragons den and La Senza amongst other things) at the minute and it is fantastic and very funny.
Q: Which country would you most like to visit and why?
A: Australia it just looks amazing and I love the outdoor lifestyle
Q: What are your words of wisdom for people wanting to lead a healthier lifestyle?
A: You only get one life so if you really want to enjoy it, eat well, sleep well, keep activ, and dont' diet. Find something that lights your fire, have an interest, find time to do something you love doing and count your blessings from time to time.
