● Indian Head Massage – Bringing relief to muscular problems in the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Alleviating stress and tension from these areas will follow into the remainder of the body leaving the recipient calm, relaxed and energised.

● Reflexology – Is suitable for all ages and may bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.Many people use Reflexology as a way of relaxing the mind and body to counteract stress.
